Cancellations

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

We require 24 hours notice to change or cancel your appointment. If you are unable to provide us with 24 hours notice, we will charge 50% of the appointment to a maximum of $80. If you are able to provide us with at least 24 hours notice, there will be no charge.

No Show

No show appointments will be subject to the full cost of the appointment.
